Cape St. Vincent: 11th September 2020
Today, we got a ride in a lovely luxurious coach. Lovely apart from the fact it had all the legroom of economy class Ryanair. It took us to Cabo Saõ Vicente, or Cape St Vincent in English money. This is the extreme south western corner of Europe, and it’s marked by spectacular cliffs and a lighthouse, said to be the brightest in Europe. And, of course, souvenir shops, although, at least, they haven’t made the place as tacky as Land’s End.
