Back at Gredos

We arrived here last night, and the main thing I have to report is that the Asus DOES work with a LAN cable … and I reckon the Asus people owe me a commission; I used it to show some video on the bus, and at least three people asked where they could buy one.

Apart frm that, the place doesn’t seem to have changed much since I posted last year ,,, except there’s no snow on the hills, and the river is much lower.

But, now for breakfast, then to start the Vaughantown programme in earnest.

  2. You definitely need a commission. I can think of at least three instances recently where you have mentioned the Asus. Come on Asus people, sponsor Keith! Haha. Enjoy the programme.

  3. You’ve convinced me, Keith. Next time I go away on a trip (at least when I’m not with wifie), I’ll take something like it.

  4. 😀 Great thingy dohickey, isn’t it?!

  5. Everyone here is most impressed by it … especially as it’ll do all the things you need on the road … even Skype, although I can only text, because I didn’t bring a headset with me … but DOESN’T have the features you don’t necessarily need. Which is why it’s so compact … and half the price of a regular laptop.
