When I’m staying with my daughter in Leeds, if I feel like a walk, Roundhay Park isn’t all that far away. I’ve already done one post about Roundhay Park, and I was rather surprised at the number of hits it generated.
Eventually, I’m hoping to do a video showing the changing seasons there, although, with other things happening, it won’t be ready any time soon. I have some Autumn footage I took in 2009 that I’ve barely looked at yet, let alone edited.
Shortly after Christmas, I did go down a couple of times, and got some winter footage. I took some stills, too, which I hope you like.

It is very picturesque. I don’t think I’ve ever been there but it looks familiar, like something from a Merchant Ivory film. It must be a lovely place to visit!

For some reason, though, I can no longer embed slide.com shows into WordPress, although those already existing can still be viewed … now, thankfully, without those stupid cartoon animals popping up!

Thanks Keith, I was aware of the WordPress Gallery function and I think I’ve tried it. I think it’s good if you don’t have too many photos as from memory I believe you have to upload them, whereas I often find it convenient to use shots I already have on Flickr which some Slideshows will allow you to import
